Before the mulled cider is gone, the delightfully dysfunctional Quinn family will survive a love triangle, a small house fire, and endless rounds of Christmas caroling in this heart-warming novel about coming home for the holidays
"A holiday package filled with humor, romance, and realism."Jocelyn McClurg"Winter Streetwill get you in the holiday mood."Kirkus Reviews
Terrible book - save your money! Stephanie I have read all of Elin Hilderbrand's books, Blue Bistro being my favorite book of all time. Something has changed in her writing, or someone else is writing them for her. This book was awful!! I fully expected a warm Christmas book on Nantucket. The thing I loved about Blue Bistro was the description of everything, to the point you fell in love with the characters and Nantucket. None of that was present in this book at all. It was confusing and scattered and to top it off the ending was just left hanging with no closure to any of the characters. There was so much more with th. "CHOPPY" according to Kindle Customer. Written in an almost childish manner: "fun, fun fun, at Christmas"the characters were not developed and you didn't really care about them. Only Margaret seemed trifling interesting, but you didn't find out much about her either. The ending was a COMPLETE disappointment. And an obvious attempt for a sequel. Don't waste your money.. Worst ending to a book ever Libby G Worst ending to a book ever! I feel like they forgot to publish the 2nd half. I read a couple reviews that mentioned this but figured how bad could it be, and I love Elin Hilderbrand. So this book just stops. And I wish I never bought it. Ugh. Totally frustrating.
She celebrates the holidays by making batches of mustard and chive pine nut dip and gifting them to her lucky friends. Elin Hilderbrand made a paper angel ornament in third grade that is still in her family's custody. . Her favorite carol is "O Holy Night." Winter Street is her fourteenth novel
