"Personal" according to L. Frederick. For those that are interested in women bodybuilders this is a great book. Though for me it was a personal choice. I went to school with Laura for threes years back in the the late 60,s. Sadly we lost touch with each other, so when I read that she had passed away I wanted to get this book about her. S. miss her I'd seen this woman in my teens and she really was the cutting edge of the sport. Didnt follow this though and one day I was tallking with a friend of mine about athletes and this woman came to mind. I looked her up on the net along with other body builders like Franco Columbo and was shocked to lear. A good bodybuilding guide for woman naturally. She sure did it without the steroids. Someone to really admire. Sad that she drank to her death. A good book for those who needs a guide to natural bodybuilding.
