I have only seen this one book by Bruyere, and, to me, it is a wonderful complement to Barbara Brennan's 'Hands Of Light.' Each book deals with the same basic material, but each healer/researcher takes the material in slightly different directions.Rosslyn Bruyere is perhaps the better teacher of the two. Her explanations, diagrams, and exercises give a thorough and clear introduction to the chakras. It is a wonderful starting place but also a book . -body system.
