Some Value . This book has some value, but it doesn't help that much if you are going to act as the GC. Still, we got some value out of it. But, it is NOT the essential guide it claims to be in its title. Its OK.If you are planning a large remodel or building a home, i would seek out multiple references and probably not this one.
