BUY THIS GUIDE BOOK, YOU'LL LOVE IT- I live close to the coastline in Maine and I grew up along the mid-atlantic coastline and became familiar with the ocean at an early age. I'm very interested in the natural world and have a good eye to fine arts and the written word. This book, "Whales and Dolphins, Atlantic Canada & Northeast United States", is among the finest book on whale and dolphins I have ever had the pleasure to own and use. It's very easy to read, full of information, and the whale and dolphin portraits are striking and life-like. Masterfully written, "Whales and Dolphins" is nicely laid out. "Wonderful book!" according to Jeanette Carlson. This book is very well written and very informative. It is easy to follow but also gives plenty of information in regard to whales and dolphins in the mentioned areas. I enjoyed reading through the book - it is a must buy!The drawings are wonderful, they are so life like I had to look twice to see if I was looking at a photo or a drawing!The author and the artist are very talented.
