Sean C. Duggan said Predictable, but decent. I enjoyed the book. It was predictable in many ways, with the usual band of misfits led by a human in power armor and the obligatory non-human. You could practically see the author ticking off boxes. The plot chugs along a bit like a tabletop role-pl. "Great Story!" according to Bookwyrm. I enjoyed the story immensely. The characters seemed familiar to me but were written in a way that felt fresh. The episodic feel to the chapters made reading this very easy and often felt more like watching a television series.
