I have read several books from the series "30 days with a Great Spiritual Teacher" and so far have enjoyed each one. These are definitely not "light reading". This series in general is very thought provoking and challenging to the "status quo" of religious life. This particular installment in the series (I am only half-way through) has helped me see life in a different light. I have found myself more peaceful even when faced with challenges and trials. I would recommend not only this book, but also the others in the series. Keep in mind, however, that these books w. 0 days with a Great Spiritual Teacher" and so far have enjoyed each one.
