"Good for Older Athletes" according to Mary Ann Merlin. Good, common sense and accepted knowledge for achieving fitness over 50. This book reminds me to go slow and carefulunlike my youth (which was a bit more erratic)!. "Good beginner book" according to Major Edward M. Draper M.D.. Nice book for beginners. I was able to pick out about 5 exercises I could add to my work out. Not for those who have been lifting for a while.
