Great Book! I thought this book was excellent! It was laid out very nicely. In addition, the "notes" were very good in comparing and contrasting the law and the preceding readings.. Tort Law: Responsibilities and Redress: Cases and Materials ron mccovey this book fulfilled all my expectations of the in regards to tort law and the responsibilities of the courts and the ever changing climate in our society.
