CG said Good, but not 100%. If your looking for a Full Restoration Guide - this isn't it.I have to agree with the others on Missing information. It IS a good book that has many detailed how-to photos, but there are a few things missing. This book is more of a "This is how I restored my bug". For example - it does not include how to replace floor pans, which almost EVERY bug needs at one point in it's life. It does cover how to replace the rear package tray.Extremely light Engine repair information. If your hoping to find out how to re. Matthew Cooper said Title is misleading, not for curved window supers. Good book if you are restoring a 71. But if like me and most super beetle owners this is not your book. There are too many differences in first year to the true super beetle with curved Windows.. Very interesting, but wish photos weren't all B&W Alice in Wonderland Having just bought my first Super Beetle, I thought this book would be a good place to see what it takes to restore one. The step-by-step descriptions and numerous photos are great, but the photos would have been more helpful if they had been in color. In some sections, it's difficult to see what parts are being referred to. But I am not a mechanic, and don't have any experience working on cars, so this probably wouldn't be a problem for someone who's accustomed to what they're looking at in the engine comp
