A Bit Outdated I sought out and purchased this cookbook because it was mentioned in another cookbook "One Potato Two Potato". The author of the potato cookbook, Roy Finamore, called the vegetable cookbook "invaluable". While I have found numerous recipes that are "kee. Not jujst recipes, but lots of inforation on the vegetables I paid 25 cents at a 2nd hand store for this book Not just recipes, lots of information on many vegetables. My guess is that there are over 300 recipes in addition to all the information. If you need photos to entice you to try a recipe or if you can't . One of my favorites Killoran It has no pictures, but this may actually be my favorite cookbook for vegetables. It's filled with information like the history of these vegetables, like where they evolved, and more importantly, it has lots of EASY recipes, and a few complex ones.
