The explanations are straightforward, and you don't need to be an engineer or statistician to understand and apply the tools, techniques, and concepts presented.. "quickie ref." according to darlingkit. Book is good if you have the prior knowledge about the topics. Hence it is a good memory jogger. Imagine that.
