Wouldn't waste your money T. Knechtges This is a lame attempt to publish a book that has little value when you are considering an in-law suite. Almost all of the "useful tips" are common sense, and reasons why most people are thinking about adding an in-law suite in the first place. I was very disappointed with this books' quality. There is little to this, and the floor plans aren't too creative, at best. Keep searching until you find a better source - I wouldn't waste more than a couple of bucks on a book of this quality.. It is helpful! Becky I bought a total of 18 magazines with floor plans at $3 each and none of them were any good. I bought the book The In-law Suite Book - Floor Plans and More and found a perfect floor plan that I am having built. The ideas in the book were full of COMMON SENSE recommendations - That is what is needed. This book helped me and I think it is worth it..
