For me this is perfect because I love to try different healthy food options and with . Super easy to use for all diet types Amazon Customer I liked the short and sweet primer on different ways to diet healthy. I just skimmed that, but it clarified some of the differences between types of diets. Then the best part IMO is the categorizing of the recipes according to the different focuses of your dietlow fat, low carb, low glycemic, gluten-free, vegetarian, etc. It's like a whole bunch of diet recipe books in one. I also like the fact that these recipes are ridiculously easy, as I'm not really a cook.. "Lots of Variety and Ideas" according to Amazon Customer. I'm already a fan of Nancy N. Wilson's series of cookbooks, and this one's another keeper for me. I'm insulin resistant and have to keep my blood sugar stable, so really enjoyed trying out the low carb recipes. There's nothing overly complicated in the recipes themselves, so they're easy to follow, but there are a ton of ideas and lots of variety. Of course I'd recommend a healthy diet to anyone, and would recommend this book as part of a healthy diet.
