I purchased the older edition of The Gregg Reference Manual because I used this book in College. I don't need all the computer information, just the detailed grammar rules. Fantastic and easy to read and find what you are looking for.. Secretary's Bible Carol Perez I had a copy of this manual from College and was so upset when it disappeared out of my office. I bought a newer edition but it didnt' feel the same. I saw this one and ordered it on a Saturday without hesitation. I was extremely surprised when it arrived on a Tuesday. Now, since I consider this something that every secretary should have since it has so much useful informtion, I keep this one at home and the newer edition is in the office. The information is the same in both but I had my copy of this one for 20 years and mentally felt lost w. Gregg Reference Manual, 5th edition. Amazon Customer In secretarial school, this manual was required, and it was our bible for grammar. I'm very glad I was able to get this copy so I could refresh myself on all the grammar rules. It is an excellent book. I like feel and style of the cover/binding. The current issue of this manual is as good, but, I do not prefer the spiral binding as much. The Gregg Reference Manuals are excellent no matter which issue you buy.
