DESCRIPTION:
CoonBatSpirit said BEST DID book ever!. I feel very strongly that this is the very best DID book out there, but only because i related so well with the author. It does portray a very different therapy style, a re-parenting style. I cant speak to the effectiveness of it, but this is a well done book with journal entries from both the patient and the therapist. such a good read. I read it twice already!!!. lady said One Star. boring didnt catch me right off. The Flock I really enjoyed this book. I myself a multiple now have words to what we have been feeling and this book really explained and put into words things that we couldn't. I recomend this book for any multiple just be careful because some things are triggering, but it doesn't go into gory details of the abuse. Thank you for this book. I was really saddened at the end though at the loss. (Not any fault
