Like peering in a colander, what a mess. The book was poorly written, either to much information or not enough. Poor recommendations like eating whole grain cereals which are still highly processed foods that only require a small amount to hold that label. Quick oats another over processed food, with most of the benefits either chemically or cooked out. The graphs and charts are postage stamp sized and hard to read, some seem to have no purpose unless you are studying for a test. The importance of stress in causing medical problems is not covered. The supplements list things like iron which is not required and can be harmful, sodium which most of us get more than the required amoun
