Very, very short book - almost pocket sized. This is a tiny book and although I like the idea of having a positve outlook and including your faith in your illness, I didn't find the book to be helpful with my indigestion.. Not what I expected onlineshopper While it provided information on the digestive system which reviewed my anatomy course, I found that it seemed to refer more to indigestion and ulcers, etc., while my main interest was heartburn. Okay, but I was a little disappointed in it.. Great buy Ceecee I love these small book. They are easy to carry and have awesome information in them. It also has scriptures and prayers. And areas to keep notes.
