What I did not like was the misleading title. I'm way past doing hours of exercise every week and participating in a diet that restricts so much it's impossible to maintain. So I was very interested to see what a 2 day diet entails. Silly,. "Try It, You'll Like It" according to JBJ. I bought this book about a year ago after reading research on low carb eating two days each week in Prevention magazine. I made significant progress on this diet and lost about 25 lbs in four months. I also went back to lifting weights two days per week using the Strong Women Stay Slim book. In addition, I used some Leslie Sanso
