There is no actual training involved. As it is said in the book of James "faith without works is dead" well this book is nothing more than telling you to imagine it and provides no practical training in linguistics. Not at all what I expected. I gave it one star because there is no 0 stars available. Yeah sit on the couch and imagine yourself rich …. right !!!!. "NLP works" according to matt. I have been using these NLP techniques and for me the results were noticed very quickly. The author of this book does a great job getting to the point and empowering the reader with skills that not only work but exceeded my expectations. Whatever you want to accomplish in life this is a great book to have in your life skill toolbox. Highly recommended. Amazing! I'm a big believer of Neuro Linguistic Programming, and as such I'm always searching for new information on the subject. You can't imagine my surprise when I got this book! I was amazed by its simplicity and effectiveness. The author does a great job describing the best NLP strategies to improve one's life by using a unique narrative style.
