I needed the refresher and this book did just that; along with building more knowledge for topics I did not learn in class. A must have for the MCAT. Sarah said learned more psychology and sociolgy. The contents are the same as required by AMCAS. Well-writen and easy to understand the material. I needed a refresher and this book did just that.
