Needs quality editing Peter For a book with "Quality" in the title, I would have expected a minimum level of quality in the writing -- it t is obvious that the writer in not native, and many sentences are confusing. Here is a typical sentence, quoted from the book: "In other words, deviations in the software product from the customer requirement specification in its functionality from what is stated in the requirement specifications then it has a bad quality."The book is therefore difficult to read, and much of the information is conveyed by re-stating the same points over and over.. "Must read book for software quality assurance professionals" according to Shama Tasneem. Software testing is all about testing product quality. Software quality assurance is all about ensuring product quality through ensuring process quality. This book has taught me to differentiate these concepts. I recommend this book to anybody who wants to learn software testing and quality assurance especially when new the paradigm of software development has changed because of advent of cloud computing, mobile computing, social media development etc. Software testing and quality assurance is indeed difficult to master in these environments. So I read books, blogs, and where ever I get access to get knowledge. I keep trying and get success through hard work. Man, it is useful. really recommendable.. You also need to have relevant skills to do the job well. I am a never say die guy
