The suggestions would just get filed in the back of my mind like, “yeah, I should add Epsom salts to my bath or drops of lavender oil”.I must admit that some of this book was a bit of a joke to me. I . Love the book Love the book. This book gives full details on how to heal the body naturally through Afrikan rituals. I felt as if it took me into a journey to reuniting me with my heritage which also help me release a lot of hurt. I have recommended this book to my daughters and friends. It is very extensive to be ready to change your life.. "Great book for growth." according to seeker. This is a great book. As a book store I've ordered this one off and on for years. Its wonderful for black women looking for a new path to wholeness. Really has a ton of info , recommendations, rituals, good advice.
