"Highly recommend!" according to Joan Piazza. I don't have a problem with inflammation but have incorporated many of these recipes into my diet in in effort to be more healthy. They are easy to follow and delicious! The "cook's notes" are helpful, particularly for making ahead, and there are plenty of recipes for each meal of the day. The Butternut Squash Soup is a favorite at my house! The photos are beautiful and enticing. I highly recommend this book.. Bridget A.
