Wasn't sure I needed this book for my class this Fall but since it's a new edition, it's sooooo expensive!!! I figured since this looseleaf binder version was coming directly from Amazon, I should be ok and if not I would have no trouble returning it. I'm so glad I took the chance and bought this. This is the same exact book as the hardcover versioneven with the glossy pagesexcept that it. "It came in poor condition with the spine almost detached from the book" according to TheOnlyMrsK. This is the book I used for both of my anatomy classes. It came in poor condition with the spine almost detached from the book and the atlas of skeleton set was missing but luckily I was able to purchase it separately for cheap. After not having the book for long pages started falling out and the spine completely detached from the book cover. It also had obvious water damage. .
