"Excellent!" according to David G. Jones. Though a CPA, I did very little tax, and nothing in C Corporations. I pick up a big client for financial reporting, but that was a C. I bought this book to come up to speed. It's excellent!!! The examples following each topic really clarify what could be very complicated subjects. The book also does a good job of footnoting the related code / reg.Just weeks later, I was telling the other inhouse. Pren-Hall writes great tax books. BLewis Another really well written text on tax by Pren-Hall.They include numerous explanations that make it easy to understand the complicated tax code.Thank-you Pren-Hall.. Zhuang Ye said Not Really Very Good. The book condition is okay. I would say it is between fair to good. Some pages are about coming off. Even it's cheap, I still expect Very Good condition (as advertised).
