Five Stars very informative great book. Brent Anderson said I am scared. I don't normally give negative reviews, not my nature, but the picture on the cover alone is an insult to Pilates professionals. The facts listed in the history of Joseph Pilates are not correct. Joseph was never in World War I, he was interned on the Isle of Man, and definately wasn't injured in it. He also was not a physioth. Basic Pilates for newbies. D. L. Graham This book is what it says it is. A book about Pilates for beginners. I am glad it had pictures, but the author should consider taking some time or paying to have the book reformatted. I missed entire steps to exercise due to how it is formatted.If the book were reformatted properly with indications that there are multiple step
