John Carpenter said Sticker Shock. The purpose of this book is to provide a selection of the material required for the Associated Boards of the Royal School of Music exams. While they hold a monopoly, if they are going to charge the steep price that they do for this, it should include every selection of the possible repertoire, and not just a few pieces..
