"A Recipe Book That Is Interesting and Informative" according to Frustrated Lady. I rarely buy diet books. I decided to get this one because it makes a lot of references to gluten free foods. My adult daughter is touting the gluten free diet she is following and on which she has lost 20 pounds. Since I had it and since she is out of the country, I decided to read the book.Having written four diet books, none of which are funny, I enjoyed this one. This author is good! As I read through the recipes (I wish it had pi. "Simple To Follow Healthy Recipes" according to Kat. This is a very good book with recipes based on the Paleo eating concept. It starts with the basics of the diet, then drills down into the food groups with a very good overview of each group.The first set of recipes is titled Sauces and Such and contains recipes that you will use in other recipes in the book. Very helpful. Then in logical order, you have Breakfast, Soups and Stews, Breads, Slow Cooker Stuff, Casseroles, Main Dishes, Si. I have read several Paleo booksthis one breaks it down in layman's terms. TBL He had me on the Peanut Butter sandwich and the Granola recipes. I was surprised I eat a lot like a Paleo follower but not as a purest. Could I adapt? Well this book makes me think i could.
