Bergman I have been a fan of Gephi, a Java-based graphing package based on OpenGL, for quite some time. I have found it quite useful for graphing and presenting results of semantic technology graphs [1]. Like many open--source products, though, its online documentation is somewhat fragmented and incomplete. There is much power in the package and its plugins, but finding how to effectively use it takes experimentation and much poking around on the Web.It was thus with some anticipation that I cracked open Cherven's new book [2]. My hope was that I was finally going to discover the Rosetta Stone for u.
