MJ said A very comprehensive book about benefits management. I read. A very comprehensive book about benefits management. I read the whole book and I found it valuable for understanding benefits management. The only issue with the book is that it doesn't fully explain how benefits management approach could be implemented in an organization in details. Most of the organizations have challenges in adapting this approach, so maybe a separate book is required for such matter.
