Just Do It Terrance Mendez This is one of the very best and I have been using it for years to track cross training type workouts. The other books that focus more on just weights kinda suck. This one you can log the weight training but have plenty of space to log cardio exercises (running, treadmill, elliptical, etc.).. Four Stars Amazon Customer Great Product and met all expectations. Lift Log:Diary and Guide for Strength Training I think this is an excellent book to carry around the gym as you work out. It has a bit of warm-up and stretching exercises, nutrition, anatomy, and basic suggestions for organizing workouts, and how to use the book. There are also worksheets for body measurements and progressions. The diary itself is set up very simply to allow you to keep track in your own way. The only negative thing that I can see is the pictures of the women -- they are more like "cheesecake" than actual bodybuilders. I can't believe that anyone co
