NOT a new Herriot book; but there are reasons to purchase it gilly8 I agree with the first reviewer, it is confusing to have these books released which have totally different names from the "original" set of Herriot books. They are portions of the classic series, with different names.However the one reason I am buying them is for my elderly mother, since they do come in large print which the regular Herriot books do not.And, in reference to the second reviwer: the time period the books are set in is 1930's Yorkshire, up to and slightly after WWII.
