DESCRIPTION:
"Save your money!" according to C. Miller. What a horrible book! I don't say this lightly because I know the kind of effort that is required to write a tangible prose. This is not a book that focuses on iOS 8, rather a book written with Objective-C primarily targeted to iOS 7 with some iOS 8 stuff thrown in. It is clearly not a book about Enterprise integration with iOS by any stretch of the imagination. There is absolutely no mention of connecting to a backend service, a . Not about iOS for enterprise As the previous review said, this book is NOT about iOS 8 for Enterprise. It has a few good sections that talk about how to do some things in objective-c but they are more of what I would expect in a beginners/intermediate book. At the end the book talks about publishing the app but it's in the app store and not an enterprise solution. I was expecting to see enterprise distribution etc. I'm very disappointed in this book.. Waste of Paper This book has nothing to do with enterprise development, nothing!! It simply covers a bunch of beginner topics. PACKT should be ashamed of itself for publishing this. The title is completely misleading and the content is just a bunch of scattered topics. There is nothing about enterprise development in this book.
