This draws examples from the greatest leader of all time - people who initially didn't amount to anything are turned into great leaders. It goes to show that these same principles have existed for centuries. Great leaders have to adopt certain habits that are vital to commit to goals and the mission. Jesus reprimands his disciples in a manner lacking in today's leaders. It is a must read. I recommend it for everyone - whether Christian or not.
