Well written and presented Arvind Gudi I have used the first edition of this book extensively for teaching and research and was very happy to see the revised edition. The authors have introduced the relevant KM systems and processes to capture the essence of emerging technologies and practices. The material is presented with the right mix of human, organizational and technical elements of KM for today's global environment. I would certainly use it as a textbook for teach. Do not expect the book to make sense to you as the word KM and knowledge management is repeated so many times in one page that you get little else of what was said in the rest of the book.
