Great overview, good place to start for those with IBD thesolecist I have had moderate to severe ulcerative colitis through the entire length of my colon for four years now. Recently, I decided to get more active in my management of the disease and this was the first book I picked up. I also began a blog recording what it is like to live with the disease. Overall, a great overview of many of the topics, covering Croh. Excellent source for persons with these conditions. It has helpful discussion of Crohn's written in everyday language with suggestions for how to improve one's life to live as healthy as possible.. campbell said great book for IBD. this has really helped me understand my Crohns Disease much better. My DR recommended that I purchase this book and I am glad that I did.
