The book is an inch taller than a CD case and about half as wide. This book could easily fit in a large pocket. "Nice books" according to M.F.. Nice books for young children. Pictures are realistic and colorful. The pages are thick paper but could tear if handled roughly. The size of the book is nice to throw in a purse or diaper bag to keep them entertained on the go!. Five Stars We are reading Francois Crozat's beautiful books to the next generation of our family. They are a real treasure.
