"Enjoyable series" according to Dawn A.. I enjoyed this whole series more than I thought I would. The female character (Dawn) is mute and interesting to read about although it was frustrating how she NEVER listened and would constantly put herself in dangerous situations. I like a strong female lead, but I also like a smart one. The books were entertaining enough for me to buy the whole series.. Victoria M. Rodriguez said Five Stars. Wow, fabulous book, can't wait to read the others.. I'm returning this for a refund Sandy Milan I counted and I've bought and paid for 10 books by this author, so it means that I like her writing and I'm prepared to pay. I read the reviews on the first 2 books in this series and I saw that the premise was about a mute woman becoming the mistress to a highland laird. I hate 'mistress' stories since I believe they always demean the h, so I didn't buy those 2 books. I liked the sound of this book being the final book in the trilogy and it was written about the sister of the H in the first 2 books
