Beautifully captures life in the wetlands The "Here is" series of books featuring animals in their natural habitats by author Madeleine Dunphy are well-written and educational. Most are also beautifully illustrated with vibrant full-color pictures which enhance the cumulative verse style employed by the author.In "Here is the Wetland", readers are introduced to the animals that inhabit the wetlands, specifically the freshwater marsh. Some of these animals include t. "Wonderful! Highly recommended!" according to A Customer. I quite enjoyed reading this with kids, and they enjoyed repeating and memorizing the words. The illustrations are lovely and provide plenty to talk about.
