Train your way to a great career Gloria P. It was a pleasure to read his autobiography. It fits so well with my attitude about other paths to a meaningful career besides academic. In this country, we also need a greater emphasis on vocational training. Many jobs are unfilled as a result of this great lack, and we have too high an incidence of college debt, and an almost 50% dropout rate from university. It, unfortunately, has a stigma attached in this country and this has to change first.
