barely a book Kimberly Patton The format of this book doesn't really make sense, and reads more like a school report than anything. On each page is a fairly small photo, with text underneath. Many of the photos do not even relate to the text content.The oddest part about the book is the text on each page, which reads, for example, "Remember me I have a black spot on my chin" (stet). The lack of appropriate punctuation is not a good model for kids as they learn to read and use informational texts.
