aden steward said Diet book!!. This is very nice book! I am really enjoyed this book. I am reading this book with my friends. You will need to learn which foods cause your symptoms. Seasonings, such as pepper, increase stomach acid and may irritate your stomach. Foods that contain chocolate, are spicy, or are high in fat may also irritate your stomach. Drinks that contain alcohol or caffeine may also cause symptoms. I am really impressed from this book. It's really worth purchasing and recommend this book.. Roxanne said Three Stars. Not worth the money .. GER said Simple meals. I appreciate this book because my father had Gastroenteritis and I know how hard it is. The book gave different meals that are healthy and delicious. I do think that it is a wake up call for me to take good care of my body and eat healthy foods. The book is helpful and I think a lot of people would like it.
