It has been several years since I read The Marann and Daughters of Surali, and I haven't read The Fall, so I was worried when I began to read Farryn's War. Would I be able to read and understand Farryn's War without knowing or remembering details of the previous books?This was not a problem. The prolog opens with "the dead nurse."
