DESCRIPTION:
"Five Stars" according to Samer. thank you. Not bad, but not good either Rasmus Post I have this book, and have read it. At the university I give lectures in dynamics of electrical machines. For the students it is the first time they expirience electrical machines. A problem you always face is what is a good book on electrical machines? I know from expirience that the perfect book propperly will never exist. In this book, I must say, there are some very good explanations on how the different motors work and their dynamics. However, for long pasages it is _not_ clear what the aim is. For a person already knowing electrical machines, it is interesting to talk about motor-w. A Very nice book for electric machines I have been teaching assistant in Electrical Machines for many times. In my idea, this book is one of the best books in Electrical Machines I have ever seen. The combination of this book+Chapman's book is necessary to understand the basics of Electric Machines.

It provides an insight into the fundamentals of the theory and performance of electric machines. Solved examples have been interspersed throughout the text to illustrate problem-solving methodologies. Written in an easy-to-understand manner, the book presents the relevant topics in a systematic and lucid manner. A large number of unsolved problems have been included to test the students’ understanding of the concepts discussed.. Beginning with topics such as three-phase circuits, transformers, and machine windings, the book goes on to cover induction machines, synchronous machines, and direct current machines as well as their transient and dynamic characteristics. Electric Machines is designed to serve as a textbook for a course on electrical machines for undergraduate students of engineering. The book includes comprehensi
