It's hard to find a comprehensive book on database management and I think the autho. luvbuniz said Difficult to read, not for beginners. I was given this book for my Database Management Class. I found as a beginner it was full of jargon and therefore difficult to read. It was rather overwhelming and confusing.
Mainframe and microcomputer database systems are represented equally.. The text balances two approaches for teaching database management.
