Exactly what the title says I feel so much less overwhelmed after reading this book. This book gives me a place to start, and offers info about how the diet works. It is exactly where I needed to start.. "To the point" according to Melissa. just like it says beginnersI still need more information on dash diet.but is a very nice and simple introduction.
