J. Zolli said A pleasant jaunt into a nobler time. The character of Storm develops slowly through the book. Noble, brave, strong, and clever, she shows courage and initiative in seeking her identity and taking her first tentative steps toward true love. I enjoyed both the swordplay and the wordplay from the lead characters.. good book icebear s I read over 1000 books over the yearsmost of them historical and paranormal romance booksso it is hard for me to find a good book , that will keep my attentionthis book was very goodliked it very much. Very good medieval romance TBreakiron I have read several of Lisa Shea's romances set during medieval times and they have all so far been incredibly well written books. This one is about Storm who has been attacked and lost her memory and the man who doesn't know whether or not he can trust her. The book is good as always and the author provides a glossary of terms and a few pages about life back in those times. I haven't used the glossary yet because I have understood enough words to keep reading but it definitely is a nice touch.
