Could not download the examples Daly Moreno Filho Got this one through my kindle but i do not feel comfortable to continue reading because I cannot find the exercises for the initial chapters for download in the packpub website (although the exercises for the more advanced chapters are there)I contacted PackPub's technical support and they told me they handed my problem to the publisher.I never heard from them since. (This was about a month ago)
