It's nice to see a quick, concise explanation of how to train in this way and what the exact benefits are.I have incorporated variations of these workouts into my own schedule for around the last 18 months - currently in the best shape of my life.4 minutes really is enough to burn fat effectively; just make sure that time is utilis.
